How We Work
At Consult we work with businesses in various ways, from one off, sales, training, set up and ongoing support to full system set up and implementations.
Your needs can be discussed over the phone or we can organise a full scoping session to find the best products for you and ensure they'll meet your requirements.
We charge a standard hourly rate for most work completed, however for a full system set up and implementation we can give you an estimate of the time involved and will keep you up to date at all times as to where we are at with that estimate. We are able to provide a Fixed Cost for some jobs and will let you know where this is possible.
Even in like businesses the requirements of owners and abilities of staff can vary significantly. Often we find that the owners/staff with a higher level of business understanding require more time from us as they are keen to implement more sophisticated systems and to get a lot more out of them.
System implementation is rarely quick and simple and requires input from key staff involved. We look forward to working closely with you to ensure the best outcome possible.
